Rise Preparatory Academy Enrollment Process

The enrollment process typically takes 1–2 weeks, depending on how quickly all required documents are submitted and how promptly the parent completes each step.

Step 1: Submit an Application

Apply to Rise Preparatory Academy and submit the following required documents:

  • Completed Application
  • Application Fee
  • Birth Certificate
  • Immunization Record (Shot Record)
  • Official High School Transcript (high school applicants only)
  • Most Recent Report Card (middle school applicants only)
  • Withdrawal Form (if transferring)

Important: All required documents should be submitted at the same time. Missing documents will delay the admissions process.

Florida Virtual School (FLVS) Students: If you have completed courses through FLVS, please request that an official FLVS transcript be sent to Rise Preparatory Academy.

Middle School Students with High School Credit: If a student completed high school courses while in middle school (such as Algebra I, Geometry, Biology, or other high school credit-bearing courses), please provide the student's middle school report card or official transcript showing those courses. Rise Preparatory Academy accepts high school credits earned during middle school and will evaluate them for inclusion on the student's high school transcript.

Step 2: Admissions Review

Once all required documents have been received, please allow 1–3 business days for the Admissions Director to review the application.

  • Students with a 2.5 GPA or higher are typically eligible for admission.
  • Students with a 2.0–2.49 GPA may be considered for admission but may be placed on academic probation.

Please Note: Admission decisions are based on a comprehensive review of the student's transcript, grades, test scores (when applicable), academic history, and other relevant factors.
