Non-Discrimination Policy
RPA admits students regardless of disability, race, color, creed, ethnicity, or national origin — provided they demonstrate the motivation and character to succeed.
Our policy
RPA prohibits discrimination, harassment, or retaliation on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, sex, disability or handicap, or religion across all admissions, programs, and employment.
We provide academic and non-academic services — including counseling and transportation — and make reasonable accommodations for disabled individuals when feasible, without fundamentally altering our programs. We also maintain existing facilities so they remain accessible to qualified individuals with disabilities.
Filing a complaint
Concerns can be reported verbally or in writing to a Compliance Officer, administrator, or staff member. We encourage filing within 30 days of an incident, though external complaints to the Small Business Administration or the U.S. Department of Education's Office of Civil Rights have a 180-day deadline.
We offer informal resolution — emphasizing a prompt, direct conversation to find a solution — as well as a formal investigation process. Formal complaints trigger an investigation within three business days, and the Head of School issues a final written decision on any policy violation and corrective action.
