Employee Ethical Standards, Policy & Procedures

Every adult who works with RPA students goes through rigorous screening before they ever step in front of a classroom.

Employment screening

All volunteers, staff, and teachers undergo VECHS fingerprint and background verification.
Personnel are disqualified if convicted under Section 1012.315, Florida Statutes.
A CPA administrator reviews every VECHS report.
New instructional staff and administrators are evaluated using the two employee screening tools developed by the Florida Department of Education.
